We partner with your architect and builder to make selections on finishes, hardware, and other design elements of our new home. Full service design & furnishings typically follows.
We assist you in making design selections and key decisions related to your unique project. We also oversee the process, partnering with your contractors, from start to finish.
This service is perfect for those needing assistance with accessories, pillows, bedding, lamps, art, and other decor. I consult, order, and style individual rooms pending your needs.

OUR PROCESS

FIRST STEPS & ONBOARDING
Items are shipped to a warehouse or directly to you depending on our install plan. We ensure that final details like drapery, decor, and other styling elements come together beautifully.
After an initial phone call to determine fit and pricing, we'll send over our contract and payment structure (we bill based on monthly installments spanning the length of the project).

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Upon booking, we schedule our initial consult in your space going over your vision, goals, and discuss the form/function of your space. You begin collecting design inspiration.

MEASUREMENTS & PLANNING
During our second meeting, we take detailed measurements, photos, and discuss spatial relations regarding your space. We collect your inspiration at this stage.

DESIGN & REVIEW
Typically a 2-4 week process, we carefully curate, present, and revise the design for your space. You officially sign off—and this is our last call for change orders, finalizing your design.

We put together a detailed quote and order schedule for your review and approval, and full payment is collected at this time. Certain items may be ordered on a come-across basis.

WHAT DOES FULL SERVICE MEAN?
Full service is our luxury, turnkey signature offer. We design your space, manage and receive your orders, and install everything for the final reveal. Learn more here.
WHAT WILL MY INVESTMENT LOOK LIKE?
Your investment will be based on the size of your space and the scope of your needs. We recommend inquiring (even if you're unsure) so we can provide an accurate quote.
HOW ARE YOUR DESIGN FEES BILLED?
Our design fees are billed at an hourly rate (we will provide an estimate based on the project scope) and collected in monthly installments throughout the project.
DO YOU HAVE ROOM MINIMUMS?
We don't have room minimums, which makes our firm unique. We strive to respect your budget while also providing a high quality look and feel for your space.
DO YOU CONSULT ON DIY PROJECTS?
Although we wish we could assist everyone, we prioritize taking on more full service furnishings and renovation projects. That being said, we're always down to chat!
